CRIMINAL LAW

I have represented hundreds of clients in almost every type of criminal case, ranging from murder, burglary, rape, DWI's, to minor traffic offenses.

FAMILY LAW

I also help people in divorce cases, modifications, child custody, guardianships, and adoptions.

CIVIL LAW

I have worked for many clients in all types of lawsuits, ranging from small claims, evictions, wills, LLC'S, trust and personal injury. I also assist people who desire to get their driver's license reinstated or their child support modified.

IMMIGRATION LAW

As an immigration attorney, I have assisted clients obtain citizenship, Green Cards, DACA, work permits, asylum, and I have assisted many in deportation proceedings.

LITIGATION

I have spent my legal career in the courtroom and have represented many in jury trials and many other types of hearings. At the end of 2015, I won a rape jury trial, in which I defended a Hispanic male against a Caucasian woman. In early 2016, I won a deportation trial in Kansas City for a local man.
